after birth hi right side ki arm working bohat kam thi abhi mery bety ki age 9 year ho gaye hai but arm ki growth to normal hai magar us se working nahi hoty, jis ki last year plastic surgery ka kaha gaya tha but us time tak pakistan mai treatment nahi tha, agar ab Palsy C5, C6 ki treatment ho rahi hai to please bta dain. Thanks.

before this era onlyphysiotherapy was recommended, nowadays medical field is improving ( even in pakistan). well movement appreciable hai arm ki , and if surgery is available then go for it ... ( it's better that the plastic surgeon will counsel more about risk of the surgery)
