my son is 3 years old, yesterday I have noticed that some red spots/marks appeared on his face. His lips were very dry too. kindly advice treatment and medicine.
Share a few pics of ur son face from different angles, also mention his weight, any history of any kind medicine or food allergy, history of fever, presence of such spots on any other part of body .

Please, let me know if your child is licking his lips to moisten them. Although a front closeup picture of area around mouth will help more, I suspect your son has developed a kind of skin allergy to saliva (Contact Dermatitis). It needs avoiding licking the area and a mild steroid skin application initially. If you could send me the picture as I requested I shall be able to advise better.
