Privacy concern nhi hai full pic send nhi hrhi Mbs issue tha islye crop krni pari.. eid se phle m isk kye mother care ka shampoo or mother care powder use kr rhi thi tb halk garmi dane the jo sahi hjte the phr hjte the or tb ye ac m b nhi sota tha .. but 2 dn se m ghr ai hn tou Johnsons shampoo or powder use hrha hai or yahan ac bhi hai tou sota ac m hai or ye 2 din m he itna barh gaya hai ?? Kl se sudocream use kr rhi hn rashes k kye

ok, but see this picture is not clear very difficult to comment but I would suggest you to avoid all of these products just clean his face with clean soft towel dipped in warm water.
A big No to baby powder it is not good for babies at any age.
If skin is dry then you can apply thin layer of petroleum jelly not if it isn't dry don't apply anything.
Sudocream is good for nappy rash.

Apply fusidic H cream twice a day.
is he feeding normally? any other symptoms fever ' sore throat? plz book consultation for proper treatment.
Hydrocare lotion apply twice a day on regular basis just to keep moisturize.
Hydrozole cream apply twice a day for two weeks for acute relief...
Dont worry for this will settle in few days .
Use cotton clothes and daily bath
If not well visit nearby skin specialist
