Talk to Pediatrician on Rashes Due To Diaarhea

My 1 year old son is having dysentry and because of that hes having rashes. They look like small red pimples. He cries whenever i clean him with wipes or water. I m a dr myself. Already applying vaseline,sudocream, mustard oil. Sometimes blood oozes from rashes very little. I used hydrozol one or two times. It is very effective but dont want to use too much steriod. What else can i apply?
