My son is 4 montha old from the birth he have rashes issue we have used suedo cream hydrozole cutivate canistan cream jo bhe lgayen bus 2 din thk rhte pher sa dobara ho jata week sa pura din pamper utara rkhta srf rat mai pehnata n hr bar vaselone lgaata par his nappy rash is nt gone.. kindly guide

Salam It appears that you want to tell that your child has problem of napi rash. First n the far most important reason can be the use of wipes( wet tissues) Plain water wash with Leuko warm water , shall be helpful.
