My 2 months baby have rash in nappy area what to apply? Is hydrizole is safe to apply?n baby have very dry skin n the redness is pysiogel pink can b applied

apply canesten cream - twice a day for 5 days, and you can use any moisturizer for dryness. avoid using wipes at home as they cause rash(contact dermatitis), try to wash with water every time
