There does not seem a big problem but your worry is understandable and genuine. Kindly consult a pediatric ophthalmologist and I repeat that he should be pediatric ophthalmologist. He can properly evaluate it. Final diagnosis need some clinical assessment. He may or may not require some procedures.
Need an evaluation from an ophthalmologist... So an early appointment should be made.
