This CBC shows microcytic hypochromic picture which may be due to either iron deficiency anemia or thalssemia minor. Careful nutritional and family history is required. Please consult a consultant pediatrician or pediatric hematologist for proper evaluation and management.
I would like to know any results of Hb -Studies.
The reports are almost normal with some mild degree of Anemia. Could be
nutritional which is quite common in this age group. Diet History would b
useful.
