Dear doctor My 7-year-old daughter had been complaining about sever itching at the place of urination for a long time. Now for some time, she was complaining of burning heat in the urine, and frequent urination. On showing the family doctor, he gave her cytralka syrup with novidat antibiotic syrup for 7 days twice daily.. Taking the medicine has reduced her problem to a great extent, but the half inch white color wormsblike thread of are visible on the place of urine. This increases in the night, what should I do in this situation, I am attaching the report of Urin d.r kindly advice accordingly

Your child seems to recurrent UTI. there are many causes of this disease. Child need thorough check up and investigations by consultant child specialist. Please show her to child specialist and follow his advice
In your case giving antibiotics is not the solution.....
she is a 7 years old girl, give her more oral liquids to drink like water and fresh home made juices....
good toilet hygiene and ask her to wash from front to back not from back to front after using toilet.
do urine RE and CS from some good authentic lab, di one ultrasound KUB and visit tiur child specialist along with reports.....
syrup cran max one teaspoon twice a day for two weeks , this is natural meanwhile start this.....
will be fine dont worry
