Talk to Pediatrician on Periodic Fever

Almost a year ago, My son had typhoid fever, he spends 21 days at the hospital After that he again get sick and had fever we did test for typhoid and found -ve. From that day he is going through such situation that periodicaly fever comes and go. We took him to different doctors then one doctor prescribed MCUG test. The result is attached, please let me know what is the issue with my Kid, even after getting the result the doctor only prescribed Amoxyle for 3 months. Is this will cure the symptoms?
