Talk to Pediatrician on Pediatrics

My niece, aged 3.5 months was born helathy. Almost 20 days ago there was (fresh red) blood in her stool, it happened 3 times in 48 hours, but she wasn't in pain or lazy, no fever. After stool test came normal dr. Prescribed her some meds for helathy gut. It was all good then suddenly 2days ago she vomited out some blood clots with milk (brown, greyish clots, not fresh red). We took her to emergency and Dr. Induced her vomit and found no issue, she was given risek infusion. We just got her test reports. Her appointment is next week. Please check it, could these changes in her blood cells be the sign of something serious? Please check the reports and give the best advise (her appointment is 2days later.) Thank you
