Talk to Pediatrician on Pediatrics

My 5 month baby boy is always screaming on a very high pitch with or without any reason. He also screams when he is happy or excited. He usually communicates through loud screaming which is very unpleasant and harmful for his throat also. He also have some sleeping disorders. His sleeping duration is for only 30 min at day time usually for 4-5 times. But he always feels sleepy and fussy after waking up. He wants to go back to sleep but could not able to sleep. How can i improve his sleep patterns? And what to do with such screaming? He dont have any colic or other medical issues. He is on formula feed.
