My baby boy is 4 months old. His weight is 6.9 kg. He is on formula feed lactogen 1. From about 10-15 days he becomes very fussy and cringy. Always crying without any reason. So bhi ni raha theek se at day time. He is continuously drooling. Apna kaan bhi kheenchta rehta hai and touching his head more often. Also having loose motion from yesterday. Is these signs of teething? What should i do? His head is also hot everytime.
