at this age he can have cows milk.
regarding diet, 3 meals a day. any home made food which he can chew and swallow should be given.
regarding temperature, needs to have a proper medical assessment if not improving with Panadol and antibiotics.
for fever you can also give Brufen syrup if Panadol is not helping

start with small amounts of food. Slowly and gradually the smount increases.
There is NO such syrup which helps with eating. As long as his appetite is good, eating will improve itself

most common cause of diarrhoea in children is due to viral infections.
there are other less common causes as well, those are associated with weight loss and poor growth. if that is the case then please consult a qualified Paediatrician for a detailed evaluation and possible investigations

if baby is healthy and gaining weight, no need for tests. just focus on healthy diet and offer ORS when has loose stools
