Neonates tend to have regurgitation after feeds but he keeps on vomiting like this, try giving him small frequent feeds instead of large volume feeds, keep him upright for some time after feeds, don’t put him in a bouncer or rocker immediately after feeds. The posture in these seats also causes regurgitation. If this doesn’t help try thickening his feeds. I can guide you about various ways of doing that.
Another possibility could be sore throat. For that we need to examine the throat. Steam inhalation could help to soothe the throat.

If your newborn vomits forcibly, throws up almost all the feed he has taken and vomits after every feed, or if he vomits green, he needs to be examined by a paediatrician or perhaps a paediatric surgeon. Bringing up a little milk with a burp or occasional vomiting is not uncommon in newborns and should not be a cause of concern if the weight gain is adequate.
