Continue to give milk as already giving. Don’t dilute.Give clean boiled water. Give ORS. Medication not required.
colour of stools has no specific significance however, if number of stools has increased thn start giving low osmolar ORS, about 1 ounce after every loose stool. use boiled water only and clean his feeding bottles daily
At this age 4 to 6 stool is normal mostly baby pass stool after feed.no worry just continue mother feed.this is also called gastrocolic reflex and greenish in colour is normal if child feed well
