chicken pox me usually danay nikalte hein measles me specific danay nai hote ik generalized sa rash hota hai pori body pe but pictures dekhay baghair kuch nai bol sakte...measles me sath eyes red ho jati hein n mouth andar se pak jata hai chicken pox me ye nai hota usually

if no fever then nothing to worry for both.....
Keep good hygiene and good hydration ...
nothing else to worry....
chicken pox and measles both are viral infections and need no treatment
