Asking for Self, Female, 33 years old, Lahore

My baby born 36 weeks (c-section), 12th Feb 2019

3.1 kg at the time of birth 3.3 kg at 8th day

1. On MF (95%) but sometimes takes MF continues 4-5 hours or sometimes even more (with 15/20 min break in between) and at the end gives a clue that he is still hungry. So i have to give him formula milk, because i get tired. Giving him (Nutrafil 1) as prescribed by his pediatrician, and not more than 3 ounces/day. (I am producing very good amount of milk) Please advise me do i need to change the formula milk? And why he is not full on MF?

2. He was diagnosed with high jaundice at the age of 8 days, was kept in hospital for 24hrs. His report was at boundary value when he was discharged. Afterwards we are keeping him in sunlight, but he is still little yellow at the age of 20 days. Is this worrisome? Do we need to repeat the test or it will take more time to get away?

3. Normally he passes very very little stool (yellow colored) twice or thrice a day. And sometimes stool output

Thank you for questions
1) it's always difficult to nurse twin babies. you should focuss on your diet , milk intake and use mince. you can use mother formula milk like nitrimama for enchanting milk quantity

2) it's better to get Serum bilirubin both direct and indirect

3) third question is incomplete

Sir @ Dr. Rizwan Gohar

1) i have just one baby, not twins. And he keeps on latching for hours like 3 to 4 hrs with just short breaks of 15 min.
Is this normal? Or i need to add formula?
Though i am producing a very good amount of milk.
Also if i give him Bottle feed once, he refuses to take motherfeed next time, and i need to struggle with him for hours.

2) his left eye is watery and stick since he was 4 days. Dr prescribed Nebra for 5 days. I gave him the recommended dosage. But now he is 20 days and issue is still there.
Do i need to repeat the drops or should give some different medicine as this is an antibiotic.

3) he passes very little stool 3 times a day, which is exactly yellow in color. Sharp yellow color is fine? Or this is some indication of jaundice? (As i wrote above, about his jaundice issue)

JazakAllah khair.
