Assalamu alaykum. My son age 6 years has cough again. During last 2 months he had courses of augmentin and klaricid. Now he is having fever but very low not higher. Has cough. Yesterday evening he had an asthmatic cough attack. But slept well at night. Will it be safe and effective if I give him arinac for fever and flu, brittanyl for cough and myteka for asthma and allergy. He does gargles with warm salt water. If it's good combination plz advise doses. He takes only 2 times a day. I'm in office at daytime. Regards.

u can give these drugs if hez an asthmatic u have to nebulize him with ipra or atem inhaler in normal saline twice a day or with symptoms upto four times a day .secondly better to have his flu n pneumonia vaccine before autumn sets in bcz the season is coming.
these tonsils are protective points in throat if episode are more than three times ayear in two consecutive years then tonsillectomy should be considered .and if he asthmatic to ap uski allergy start hi me pakr k antiallergy three times aday and rest and gargles and mask on outside pollen exposure and dust avoidance kren to fever tak naubat nai aegi. bcz allergic asthmic condition superimpose hojati hai infection k and to give antibiotics isnot good for child health andavoid cool water fizzy drinks and sour thing during episode usme all those sour candies and chips and even sometimes these ketchups also aggravate the episode..during cough attack.running playing is stopped and then try to build up stamina of playing by increasing time lapse of playing so that episodes don't occur.for the asthma to not step up in more drugs u need to be careful and have to do precautions and so that he may not need any drug rather than u end up with steroid inhalers.
