Asking for Other, Male, 1 years old, muzaffarabad
assalamu alaykum .boy (child) age 1 year 3 months having cough,flu and high fever from 4 days.He also seems to have rashes on his body and face(not sure if they are measles).in muzaffarabad no private child specialist clinic is open.need advice please.

wa alykum salam
all sounds a viral infection. it may last for a week to two weeks.
offer Calpol or Panadol for fever. plenty of fluids. if any breathing problems, go to hospital.
can't say if it is measles or not. even if it is measles, it is a viral infection, same advice as above.
