Hi. Mostly it is positional deformity but needs to be excluded from the other rarer but pathologic deformity called craniosynostosis. Baby needs to be assessed and possibly evaluated with scan(if required). Please let me know if you require my help. She is born in dubai and here doctor check her properly. Her head circumference is 40 41 she is 5months 10 days old. Growing fine MASHALLAH but only one side of head edge is more than other side

The head circumference depends is not critical valuable in these sort of craniosynostoses..... But the back of head doesn't look bad by the way and also the two ear look similar in position in this picture. If you are already following a doctor and if he is satisfied with examination, continue with it. I suggest you here to keep him off the bulging site while sleeping, if it is positional like in most cases, it would be better in next few months. I'm always available for any further guidance.
