I think one needs to rule out inflammatory bowel diseases in her case. Has there been a weight loss recently? Are there any associated joints or eye complaints? What tests has she undergone? Was any endoscopy or intestinal imaging done? If possible upload scans of past test reports.

Is the painful passing of stools with blood due to hard stools or there is diarrhoea? Do you still have the test report with you? Upload it if possible.

The ultrasound reports and discharge documents suggest that the child has had two episodes of Intussusception over six months whereby small intestine entered the large intestine giving rise to pain abdomen. The screening blood test result shows that perhaps the child is not suffering from Coeliac disease or sensitivity to the gluten content of wheat and some other flours. Recurrent Intussusception can arise from some conditions of small intestines which can act as lead points for it. Such conditions include Meckels Diverticulum and Crohns Disease which can cause abdominal pain and blood in stools, among others. Coeliac Disease or sensitivity to gluten can case Intussusception but there is no blood in stools.
The best thing for the child would be a review by a Children Gastroenterologist. Prior to that a Complete Blood Count or CBC with ESR and CRP Level and 99Tc Scan to rule out Meckels Diverticulum and Gastrointestinal Contrast Studies for Crohns Disease may be helpful.

This recurrent entering of small intestine into large intestine called Intussusception may be due to an underlying disease of small intestine which must be properly diagnosed and treated.
