My son is 5 years old legs mein pain hai usk dr sy consult kiya inhon ny kaha its growing pain n give vitamin d injection but no result pain abhe bhe hai koi improvement nhe hai any dr can tell me why he is feeling pain in legs n sometimes hand
Children at this age do get leg pains and are usually due to muscle aches because of intense physical activity during day time.
Giving massage at night time and may be some pain reliever is all that is needed.

Give plenty amount of fluids preferably ORS to prevent dehydration . commonest cause is decreased water and salt intake. do regular leg massage . Get a baseline CBC for anemia and vitamin D levels
