Aoa! My 4 years old child developed diarrhea after coming to pakistan alongwith abdominal cramps & pain around anus, I gave him entamizole syrup after drs prescription. His diarrhea got settled but still have that anal pain. Attaching his abdominal ultrasound & stool examination reports. Pls help in this regard.
