My son is 5.4 years old and he has missed his DPT booster at 5years. Can I delay it for a few more months due to this pandemic? Or should I get him his vaccine right away?

Ideally should be on time. Since this is a booster dose and corona pandemic is on full swing you can wait for a month or so.
please go ahead with vaccine. take appointment and take all covid precautions as advised by goverment. get a hexa dose and MMR too.
As it is a booster dose u can wait for a month or if u are really worried then u can get it via private clinics
