Talk to Pediatrician on Paediatric

As salam o alaikum . Need guidance from a paediatrician. Posting on behalf of my niece age 11 years. Mairi Bhanji pichlay Kuch Dino say haath aur pair Mai dard ki complain Kar Rai hai. Dard k doran Haaath Mai wrist joint par aik Bone ubhar aaaty hai aur us main kaafi dard hota hai k us ko haath move karnay Mai problem hoty hai. Isi trhan paon Mai b last finger say Thora neechay aik bone si ubhar aaaty hai his ki wajah se pain hota hai . Kindly any paediatrician guide me that what is the problem what should we do ??
