Talk to Pediatrician on Oral Thrush

Aslamo alaikum My baby is 4 months old and have oral thrush from one month because od which she is not feeding properly. Her pediatrician already gave her nystatin drops which didn't work after 7 days of use, she than gave us daktrine oral gell and even that is of no use, after 7 days there is still no improvement. What should be our next step now, is there any medicine available other than these. Thanks
