Talk to Pediatrician on Oral Thrush
Asking for Other, Male, 1 years old, Karachi
It looks like my baby has oral thrush. Took him to GP day before yesterday. Ye prescribed nilstat drops, mixel and flagyl. At first, we thought it's canker sores ..it's been three days .his symptoms are not improving. Please help.

Oral thrush at this age are usually due to poor hygiene.
so improve his hands hygiene, dont give pacifier and use boiled feeder.....
stop flagyl and mixel have no role in oral thrush and avoid medications.
Dektarin oral gel one small spoon apply thrice a day in mouth for two weeks
nothing else to worry will be fine in few days
