Talk to Pediatrician on Newborn Initial Test Required

Please tag paediatric, I want to ask if there are some tests required for newborn to check there health? Secondly My son is 26 days old is there any test required before circumcision?
For circumcision it will be good to get CBC and bleeding profile done.
Newborn screening for thyroid function and hearing is done in some of the hospitals. If not done at birth you can discuss it with your Pediatrician.
