No need to be worry, it’s normal post BCG Vaccinaton inflammatory process. Nothing to be done
This pimple look like post BCG vaccination if its on Right arm of baby.
its quite normal , does not require any tratment most of times.
If you see some pus in it...start fucidin cream twice a day
this is post vaccination scar its common after BCG vaccination it is followed by ulcer n then scar mark no need to worry
