Talk to Pediatrician on Neurology Pediatrics

Assalaam u alaikum.my son age 6 was advised adeno tonsillectomy 3 years ago but we didn't go for it.Earlier he used to have many infection s.But for last whole year he had no issue.Today he has fever 99.1 in armpit.giving him augmentin ds twice a day for 5 days one large table spoon.also giving calpol 6 plus 1 teaspoon.But from past few days he has a strange behavior.Hes afraid of watching media YouTube and roads etc.All time he's saying that all these people all these cars all these advertisements all these trees etc etc which I'm watching their memories will get stuck in my brain and my brain will become overloaded.keeps asking questions about very very old cricketers their statistics and bios dates etc.shall we consult neurologist or psychiatrist???can adenoids and tonsils cause such behavior???he's lost interest in activities and not enjoying anything.he had issues of loose stool unformed with incomplete evacuation few days ago.gave enflor banana...
