Hi, My daughter is 6 days old, I just got her bilirubin checked .can you please check the report and guide me what to follow . PS: my daughter is exclusively on breast feed. My blood group is B positive .She is exposed to blue light every day for some time She is pooping and peeing perfectly fine.
If u can tell me the baby's weight
If Wt.of ur baby is 2.5 kg and above then this is within normal range 13 mg / dl at 6 days of life not requiring phototherapy.
physiological jaundice can be labelled on basis on basis this picture.but getting baby examined is a must along with follow up.
she has almost borderline bilirubin levels for phototherapy. it will be better in couple of days. If don't, get her to nearby doctor

Then this bilirubin level is normal according to the baby's weight. . U dun need to treat this. Jz continue wd breast feeding
