Talk to Pediatrician on Neck Fold Rash
Asking for Other, Female, 3 years old, Lahore
My 3 months old daughter has rash on her neck and thigh folds.what should i apply on her skin?

DAKTACORT.
clean the infected site 2-3 times in a day with wet towel , not with wipes
apply zinc oxide over it 3-4 times in a day
keep change positioning i.e. try to avoid contact of neck with body so that the fold remain open
use petroleum gel on the affected area
on thigh folds do same steps
use multivitamins for baby and if it is on mother feed then encourage healthy diet for mother
