Talk to Pediatrician on Naval Color
Asking for Other, Female, 0.2 years old, Karachi
My daughter is 2 months old and her naval looks like this (attached). Is it normal? It has a dark tone (brownish black) on the lower side. I clean it everyday.
If there is no discharge from the umbilicus and on inflammation ( redness or pain) just keep it clean with alcohol swab.
Brownish scab may come off soon.
No intervention is required. just clean it regulatory.
