my son age is 25 months but saliva is dropping from his mouth please inform me how it can be stopped and what's reason for that

dear concerned mother its nothing to worry about it some children do drooling alot but later on it will gets settled.

it could be due to teething...Secondly, is your son passes worms in stool or in habit of eating dust or mitti so better to get deworm him...
kindly consult in clinic so can do proper Examination for any other cause

Dear Dr actually we live in UAE it's not due to teething or worm. and mostly the doctors say it's normal but I want if any medication help to stop it will better cause all clothes become wet every time

Drooling with fever or change of voice needs to be checked. But otherwise it is normal. Just wait and watch it to be resolved spontaneously
