your child seems to have some asphyxial brain insult. you should get him eveluated to a developmental pediatrician for assessment and keep him on regular followup and do as your specialist says regarfing physiotherapy and as well as regular assessments and different pricedures. it is really very difficult and you have to be patient and dont giveup. otherwise he may get worse
