Talk to Pediatrician on My 1 Month Old Son Has Sleeping Problem

Dear Doctors! Since few days my 1 month old son is not sleeping well specially at night, although he sleeps during the day but not so much, he stays up almost all night. I am giving him colic drops two times a day because he is feeding formula milk not breast milk and has colic pain. In short he doesn't sleep continuously for hours during day and night.
does he have dipaer rash or is really irritable?
