Talk to Pediatrician on Multiple Problems

My son is 4 year old...16 kg n tall height.. eats healthy food vegetabale friuts roti and drink nido milk 1 glass...prblm is he is not active...all the time laying on couches...eating kartey kartey lait jata hai parhtey parhtey...agar bolen kharey hokey sunao tu kahin na kahin laitne ki karta hai...he sleeps good 10 hours a day...screen time mostly not more than half an hour...active rakhney ki koshih karen tu bolta hai main thak gaya...n second prblm is dat bad mouth odour although he brushes his teeth regularly since when he was 2...n gargles before bedtime n still he bad breath...
