Talk to Pediatrician on Motions After Every Feed

Baby age 7 months. He is on mother feed and active ma sha ALLAH. But doing poop after every feed for 1 month. I was okay with his frequent poop as he was good in health and active. But after 15 days he started greenish motion then I consulted doctor he prescribed Actiflor satche 3 times a day Peditral ORS And flagyl syrup twice a day But after that dosage there was 0 improvement Then again Dr. Prescribed Syp caricef OD Syp Zinc OD Syp flagyl BD Actiflor satche twice a day ORS For 5 days. But now after 5 days there is no improvement. What should I give to him now? What should I do? I am tiredof washing him all the day.
