Talk to Pediatrician on Mixing Half Formula Feed With Half Cow Full Fat Milk

Hi, my baby is 10 months old...i have started this practice of mixing 4 ounce of formula feed with 4 ounce of cow milk (full fat). I just started it without consulting anyone just for smooth transition from formula to cow milk. Is it okay to do it?
