Talk to Pediatrician on Minor Skull Fractute

My son fell from a high bed. No physical signs are there except a bump on left of his head. He is active and no episode of vomits Allhamdolillah. He had a minor dent on his left side of head and the side is feeling so soft as some fluid is there. I have consult dr. He said its minor skull fracture. He has given antibiotic and suggest hot bag massage. I consult other dr and he suggestd ice bag masaage. I m soo confused which massage shluld i follow. Kindly tell me this fluid will dry it by itself or I should concern neuro physician? Its been 5 days now, my son still has soft spongy head. Please Help as soon as possible. Thanx alot
