Talk to Pediatrician on Metatarsus Adductus

Hi, My son age 15 months born with metatarsus adducts inward (mild). we consulted to orthopedic pediatric in Pakistan on 2nd day of his birth. Dr advised to do feet exercises on daily bases and hopefully by the time feet positions will be corrected if not he will do surgery after 4 years. Alhumdullah he started walking so we visited two Egyptian dr. in Saudi arabia both recommended to do plaster casting for a month or two and don’t wait till four years. shell we apply casting or continue exercises. what is your opinion please advise
