concentrated urine hy . it shows dehydration as ketones are 3+ and gravity is also on higher side.. monitor sugar closely . check renal function also . plus monitor dietary habits as well . fluids intake in the evening and urinary habits in day times too. she needs proper evaluation

no need to give antibiotics as there is no evidence of any UTI. so avoid unnecessary antibiotics usage.

Please! Report is not normal. It shows ketones, specific gravity and bacteria in it. First of all, I would suggest to repeat the urine and blood sugar. Also urine culture & sensitivity. Them serum and urinary electrolytes. Get USG especially for KUB. Can you monitor 24 hours intake and output?
