my 12 month old dughter looking so lean her birth weight was 2.5kg she is active start walking early but the problem is she looks weak everyone says...when ever i give her multivimin drops she starts loose motion she is on bottle feed
If child wt is near 8 to10 kg than nothing to worry improve diet
It appears she was born small.
Just one weight measurement does not help to ascertain if she is gaining weight or not. Perhaps weighing her once a month will give a better picture.
If she is loosing weight then must see a qualified Paediatrician.
Weigh gain or loss depends on many factors such as oral intake, types of food she is eating, absorption from the gut and metabolism.
In the meantime offer her 3 proper meals of balanced diet and offer milk not more than 3 times a day.
If her appetite is not good then see a qualified Paediatrician for clinical assessment and some tests
