Kal myri byti ko bukhar tha on temp scale its 99 but her body was extreme hot mom nay kaha k ap isay pani dalyn takay temp kam ho manay isay tap water say nahla dea now hand feet and head was hot but body was cold on temp scale its 97 .. 99F is not fever. 100F ho minimum to fever Hota hai. Don’t over wrap the baby with warmer clothes. It will increase body temperature. The temperature is normal.
