Talk to Pediatrician on Loss Of Appetite And Chest Infection

Hi My 2 years old daughter was having high fever yesterday with throat infection dr prescribed Azithromycin 5ml per day with penadol (1,1,1) and vidaylin-L syrup(1,0,0) she was also having severe constipation for that duphlac syrup was given but constipation remains same again glaycrine spostry was given and constipation was released now she is not taking any food even she drink very less water in the whole day plz suggest something for her diet she is not having fever now but only diet issue is remain and sometime she complains for stomach ache
