Baby ka weight kitna hai , aur kya baby vomiting bhi hai , fever hai k nahi hai , baby kon Sa feed lay raha hai , aur baby me kitni dafa loose motion kar raha hai ?

Baby ka exact weight nhi pta maybe around 7 kg. Motherfeed pa ha. Ak 2 bar vomit b ke ha. Fever nhi ha

Please bache ki hydration status p nazar rakhain . K ap ka bacha dehydrate na ho jaye . Bache ko ORS regular dain, bus rice water ( jis ko log ogra kehte hain) banana dain aur sat me ECOTEC sachet (1/2 morning me - 1/2 sachet evening me , ya aik spoon pani me mix kar lain , ya food k sat mix kar k dai dain) mostly self limiting hota hai

Acute diarrhoea in otherwise healthy children is a self limiting disease. All we need to do is to prevent deficiency of water in them. Continue feeding the infant and give him yoghurt, banana and rice. Avoid sugary drinks. Diarrhoea will settle soon. In case he gets irritable or lethargic or there is persistent vomiting as well, you may need to take the infant to a hospital. In that case he may need a drip for replacement of lost body water.
