Asking for Other, Male, 3 years old, Gilgit
I am giving my kids age 3.5 and 5 year honey(half teaspoon) with milk in breakfast everyday. Is it harmful or not? They are using it more than 5 months. From two days they both are suffering from dysentery.
It’s ok to give honey. It doesn’t cause dysentery. The only risk is of botulinum. Are you giving any medicine for bloody stools??

Thank you doctor. No I am not giving them any medicine. I give them mint and boiled rice. They have no bloody stool. It mucus greenish type stool with undigested food.
