Talk to Pediatrician on Loose Motion 10 Months Old Child

Last saturday, my 10 months old child started vomits and loose motion. We took him to emergency and got some injections and drips. Vomit stopped within 24 hours but his stomach is still upset. Its 8 days passed. I am giving him
Diazinc 1 small spoon per day Bismol 1 small spoon per day Smecta 1 sache per day ORS almost 5'6 ounces per day
He poops 2,3 times in a day.In one day, His 1st poop is fine but next comes very loose.
Please advise further.
