Talk to Pediatrician on Liquidy Thing From Bellybutton

My daughter is now of 2 weeks MashaAllah. Her bellybutton is not dry yet. My wife gave her bath in the morning since then there is some greenish liquidy thing coming out of it. Dr Rizwan (child Specialist) advised us to use mupir cream when it was bleeding previously. What to do now? Apply some cicatrin powder?
